RAC have an exciting position for someone to join our DAFaid Control Centre as an Incident Manager on a Full Time, Permanent basis.
As an Incident Advisor you will play an integral role in the management of the operational performance of the day, supporting the Team Manager role by taking over the plotting of daily tasks, dealing with colleagues reporting in sick, arranging appropriate cover for the time in question. You can expect to deal with job queries/issues by supporting the Incident Manager to make an informed decision and managing job issues. You will be the first point of contact for Customers complaints/queries on live jobs liaising with our DAFaid Administration Analyst where necessary to reach a solution.
Monday - Friday and 4 on an 4 off between hours of 0600hrs - 2000hrs

- To play an important integral role in the efficient day-to-day running of the DAFaid Contact Centre through the delivery of excellent customer service. Showing a desire to provide inspirational service whilst meeting customer demands.
- To demonstrate excellent customer service skills whilst providing inspirational service whilst meeting customer demands.
- Demonstrating initiative, by managing workload effectively and in a timely manner.
- Working as an individual within a team however also working as part of a team to deliver a service second to none
We are looking for a reliable candidate who is able to complete work to a high standard of accuracy to detail and deadlines. You will have excellent keyboard skills and proven experience in standard packages of Word, Excel and PowerPoint. A confident telephone manor and interpersonal skills are essential. To be successful in this role you must be confident and able to effectively handle contacts at all levels within the organisation, both internally and externally.
