The RAC currently have an exciting new Pricing Analyst position within their Insurance Pricing Team on a permanent basis. The role is based in the Bristol office on a hybrid basis with the expectation of being in the office two days a week.
RAC Insurance operates as a broker within the personal lines insurance market and has big ambitions to grow in this area.
What You’ll Do…
Your primary focus will be to formulate pricing actions which improve business performance and allow the business to deliver its objectives. The role will also require you to:
- Produce analysis to understand the impact of previous pricing actions
- Identify and evaluate opportunities to use new data to improve your analysis
- Use your analytical and statistical skills to explore new predictive modelling techniques
- Become an expert in insurance pricing
- Present pricing insights to stakeholders from other business areas
What You’ll Need…

You will need A-level Maths Grade A or above. Experience of insurance pricing or predictive modelling is desirable but not essential. Strong software skills (experience of Excel, SQL, Python or similar) are a bonus.
