This role is a flexible hybrid model of working two days in our Bradley Stoke office in Bristol and three days from home.

We are looking for a talented individual who has SEO or digital marketing experience. Finding the right person is critical for this role. If you don't feel like you meet all the criteria but have a willingness and passion to learn SEO, we want to hear from you!

You'll be responsible for driving high quality traffic through increased organic visibility, maintaining technical hygiene, identifying opportunities and delivering the RAC's SEO strategy. We'll look to you to ensure effective planning, execution and reporting.

  • Use Google analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs and key SEO tools to identify trends and opportunities so that RAC remains at forefront of innovation
  •  Manage budgetary and compliance processes, communicating with key stakeholders for approvals
  •  Align with other teams across the Performance Marketing department, developing strong relationships and working processes
  •  Keeping up to date with the latest industry changes that have the potential to impact performance

What you will need…

As mentioned above, we are looking for the right person for this role. If you don't meet the criteria below but have willingness to learn, we still want to hear from you.

It would be an advantage if the successful candidate has:

  •  Experience of managing and executing SEO and/or marketing strategies
  •  A basic understanding of on page and technical SEO
  •  Proficiency in Google Search Console, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs.
  •  Ability to identify solutions and growth opportunities
  •  Able to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

In return, we offer...
