About The Role

Are you ready to take the UKs most trusted motoring brand to the next level? 

The RAC is searching for a Senior Videographer and Motion Designer to set the video experience for our brand and own the creation of outstanding video content. This is your opportunity to shape the future of RAC’s video storytelling, crafting high-quality, engaging, and impactful content for our members and colleagues alike.

The successful person will have creative freedom to own and evolve the RAC’s video strategy, working on exciting projects, producing everything from high-profile brand videos to engaging social content within a collaborative culture – alongside a dynamic, multi-disciplinary creative team.

The role is based primarily from our Bradley Stoke office although, there will be regular travel to our sites including Birmingham and Manchester. 

 

What You’ll Do

  •        Own the video experience and push creative boundaries.
  • Produce best-in-class video content, from polished high-value productions to quick-turnaround social media assets.
  • Shoot and edit your own content across a variety of formats, styles and locations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in marketing, PR, social media, and internal comms.
  • Combine video, motion graphics, audio, text, and stills to create compelling stories.
  • Manage multiple fast-paced projects independently while meeting deadlines.
  • Mentor and provide expertise on video and motion design within the Creative Studio.

 

What we’re Looking For

Creative leader – ability to execute a vision and drive the importance of video content.
Strong storyteller – passionate about crafting engaging narratives through video.
Expert in video production –from pre-production to filming, editing, lighting, sound, and post-production.
Tech-savvy – skilled in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, and ideally, Davinci Resolve for colour grading.
Equipment knowledge – experience with cinema-grade cameras (Sony FX line preferred) and lighting setups (knowledge of Aputure lighting equipment is a plus).
Collaborative mindset – ability to work closely with stakeholders, from marketing teams to executives and frontline staff.
Self-starter – thrives in a fast-paced environment and proactively drives creative excellence.
