You’ll be at the heart of our growth strategy, spearheading new business opportunities, securing key partnerships, and ensuring seamless implementation of new wins.
What You’ll Be Doing
· Lead New Business & Growth – Take ownership of new business opportunities, wins, and implementations, working with teams across RAC to ensure success.
- Be the Expert – Establish yourself as the go-to B2B SMR relationship expert, driving new opportunities and expanding existing partnerships.
- Drive Innovation – Support the introduction of new products, services, systems, and tools, working with internal teams such as Fleet, Health & Safety, and Finance.
- Optimize Systems & Processes – Lead the implementation of system enhancements and changes to improve efficiency and service delivery.
- Deliver Profitable Growth – Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support new business, retention, and renewals.
- Take Ownership – Ensure all new business wins are successfully implemented with the right processes, training, and system updates in place.
- Be a Trusted Leader – Support and deputize for the B2B SMR Director when required, both internally and externally.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
- A relationship builder who can engage and influence at all levels, including board-level stakeholders
- Commercially aware with a strong grasp of pricing, finance, and operational efficiencies
- A change driver who can implement, develop, and improve systems for better performance
- Dynamic, flexible, and adaptable – thriving in a fast-moving business environment
