Accounts Payable Advisor - Contractor Support Admin

We're Hiring: Accounts Payable Advisor (6-Month FTC) 
 

Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with a passion for problem-solving? We're looking for an Accounts Payable Advisor to join our busy Finance team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. 

In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting the Accounts Payable team—ensuring payments to RAC contractors are accurately input and processed in line with agreed terms and conditions. You’ll also act as a point of email contact for a variety of ad-hoc queries from contractors. 

 Key Responsibilities: 

• • Accurate inputting of contractor costs ensuring attention to detail so that contractors are paid appropriately 
  •  Managing personal and shared inboxes
  •  Liaising with suppliers to resolve account issues
  • Working to strict deadlines to ensure timely payment runs
  •  Producing analytical data and visual reports where appropriate
